Smart, Simply Amazing.. NOT!

Smart's so annoying now. They called me twice last week. One was to say that my plan upgrade wasn't approved yet and the other one was to say that it has been approved but there still is no available handset.

Earlier, they texted me and said

"Good pm. Your retention application is already approved however we have no available handset. We'll call you po once the unit arrives. Your apologies po. Thank you and have a nice day! Smart Shangrila"

Annoying much? Agh. This is the 3rd time they've contacted me and still no phone. They told me they'll call if they do have the unit. But they always call to tell me that there still isn't. Gaaaaah. They said that the unit would be available by friday. Okay. I hope.

Gaaaaaah.
